On the 24th August 2019 I left Towong in VIC, at the base of the snowy mountains.

My expedition travelled the full 2409 kilometres of the mighty Murray River. After an estimated 2.5million paddle strokes my final destination was the mouth of the Murray in the Southern Ocean at Goolwa SA.

My journey took 107 days, setting up camp every night on the banks of the river.

I started writing a book, recording my physical, emotional and mental journey. I will continue to write my book, post on my facebook page, upload video to my youtube channel and reach as many people as possible.

The journey was challenging, but the message was simple - start talking.
